Many years ago while participating in women’s spirituality circles
I discovered an ability to channel spiritual songs and chants.
I had participated in women’s community and festivals since my early 30s.
And learned many beautiful chants.
I was inspired by those experiences and it reawakened an innate gift to channel songs and chants.
It’s important to me that we honor all beliefs as long as they harm none.
For many years I have shared some of this music but not ever released my already recorded CD.
Many years later I discovered these fit into the New Thought category
which cross religious lines with a universally spiritual message that can appeal to any and all faiths.
These songs specifically address our relationship with our higher power.
They include spiritual chants, musical prayers, and songs with theology that embraces all beliefs
and finds a thread of commonality that runs through all faith traditions.
This didn’t surprise me because I have not accepted dogma since I was a little girl in Catholic school.
The time is coming soon.
These songs are balm for a weary spirit.
They are considered medicine songs in earth-based or indigenous practices.
I attribute my ability to receive these from the Creator
due to the blood that courses through my veins, heart and soul…
handed down to me by my Peruvian Andean and black slave ancestors.
My wish for you is that they bring peace to your soul.
