Attending Marianna’s workshop on managing ADHD has been a transformative experience for me. I not only gained a deeper understanding of the variability of ADHD symptoms from person to person, but also valuable strategies and coping techniques for overcoming rejection sensitivity and shifting towards a more positive mindset.
